Careerology is a social enterprise that was founded in 2023 by Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Dr Claire Wrynne.

Claire has over 23 years’ experience supporting people into meaningful work. She developed the Individual Career Management (ICM) model while working at the Maudsley Hospital in London. The ICM model has since guided hundreds of professionals through career transitions – from dealing with redundancy to choosing a new career path with confidence.

Careerology combines psychological insight with practical strategy – helping individuals and professionals build careers on their own terms.
